I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were not up to my expectations as they were dirty, unhygienic, and the requested upper floor was not ready. The cooling system was also not working properly. However, the service was top-notch. The location was a bit secluded but near the Dargah Shareed. The dining experience was average with tasty local products. The facilities were somewhat lacking.
The hotel has rooms that are not spacious and lack proper ventilation but are equipped with Indian and Western bathrooms. The absence of an almirah was a downside in the room. The service provided was satisfactory, offering room service and other conveniences. The location is not ideal, being in a congested area with confusing turns, although it is close to the Dargah. The dining experience was average with slightly tasty food. The facilities provided were basic with no standout features.
The hotel is situated at a busy ground floor location next to the reception, making the rooms feel crowded inside. The cooling system was not functioning properly, and the cleanliness standards were below expectations. The toilet facilities were congested and not clean as expected.
